In 1982 the founders of Realty Executives The Fun Coast Team opened their first real estate company in Flagler County. In 1994, Realty Executives was selected as the franchise of choice. The current day Realty Executives The Fun Coast Team was founded in 1994. The active shareholders in the company are: Scott K. Nieminen, Regional Director and President and Carlos Pinto, Managing Broker and Vice President.
